The bed was super soft, and the room had a noisy view outside.

Our double room was complete with 2 single beds, scenic view, as example. The breakfast choices were delicious and great with brown bread and Turkish tea, as example👍

Booked a room with scenic views of Sea of Marmara. The location was great and particularly good, at a moderate distance from Sultanahmet District Public Square. This hotel was in a pretty quiet area near Hagia Sophia, hippodrome, Istanbul, close to Eminonu port, close to a lot of restaurants and Topkapi Palace.

Great locashun close to attractions, and the staff were super friendly and helped us a lot. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazin with nice views, and the bed was comfy. We loved the local cafes nearby!
the wifi was kinda spotty at times and there was no elevater, tough lugging our bags up the stairs.

Thank you for the really nice stay for four nights in the Asmali Konak. The units are incredible, spotless with 2 single beds. Our hotel is set in a very central location close enough to all the landmarks, transport to Taxim and other places and nice local restaurants.

Good location, hotel people very nice, free wifi, good advice for restaurant (doydoy), tourism.
Room underground is very noisy (street noise, beside room noise), some bad smell from bathroom/toilets. Wifi is not well received in underground rooms.

The property is overall clean; big size and beautiful rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast with sweet cake, brown bread and Turkish tea. Really nice overall experience...
No elevator at all.

The rooftop terrace has amazing views of the city.
I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast offered a limited selection and was below my expectations. I found it lacking in quality and variety.

Asmali hotel best asset is its staff, they are knowlegable, helpful, always smiling and ready to support. They made our stay a good one and they always turned things around when we faced an issue.
I did not like the facilities in hotel mainly becuase they were below expectations. After I saw the pictures on the Booked.net I was expecting one thing and when I was in person in the hotel I saw something else... Hence, I do recommend to Asmali hotel's management to put more realistic photos of the hotel on the net and to invest more in the room's facilities including bigger TV's, more maitained jaccuzi's, better air conditioners.

The rooftop views are downright fine, showcasing landmarks that are iconic and amazing. Breakfast options feature traditional Turkish items and are generous in portion sizes.
Unfortunately, the hotel suffers from some outdated decor that feels tired and worn. Multiple rooms reported unpleasant odors, which can detract from the comfort level. While some bathrooms are clean and functional, drainage issues have been noted, leading to inconvenience. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection is inconsistent.

Staff is excellent. We had a problem with the first room, and they made their best to accomodate us otherwise, offering their best room for the same price. Excellent location. Nice terrace.
Be careful with the basement rooms. One is below any standard.
